Your retirement lifestyle choice
Located in central Cambridge, Waikato’s “Town of Trees”, the village is just 1.5km from the Town Centre. It’s an easy walk to local cafes, bars, supermarket and medical centre.
Lauriston Park provides extensive facilities for its residents, from the stunning main facilities building, through to our architecturally designed villas and the site’s beautifully landscaped gardens and trees.
Main Facilities Centre
This architecturally designed building is the focal point of the village and a place for residents to really relax and enjoy. Within this building there is something for everyone in terms of recreation and entertainment, including a heated swimming pool and spa, spacious lounge, fully-equipped gym, theatre and activities room, dining room and bar, hair salon and a meeting room.
Grounds and gardens
The beautiful, award winning gardens are integral to the Lauriston Park sense of community and pride. Many hours are spent by residents simply wandering through the landscaped surrounds and enjoying the sense of history, which combined with contemporary design make this a truly unique setting.
If you are an avid gardener you have the option of doing your own, or simply let Lauriston Park take care of it for you – the choice is yours.
Conveniently located on the hill right by the Homestead, is a brand new workshop designed for carpentry and other shed related activities. And.. it’s not just for the “blokes”!
