Bethlehem Views is a full member of the New Zealand Aged Care Association (NZACA). If you are 65 or over and you need further care, a Government allowance may be available to assist with fees. Work and Income New Zealand will explain the assistance available and eligibility criteria.

1. What if I want to go on holiday?
This is your home so you have the freedom to come and go as you please. We will maintain the grounds while you are away so you can relax and enjoy your holiday.
2.Can I bring my personal possessions?
Yes absolutely, we encourage you to personalise your own area with your own furniture, pictures and family photos – whatever will make you feel most at home.
3.What happens if my care needs change?
As we offer all levels of care from rest home to hospital and full dementia care, all your needs can be looked after by our team in your own familiar environment.
4. What care is provided 24 hours a day?
We employ a full time Registered Nurse who is accessible 24 hours a day. The nurse works in conjunction with your GP and Pharmacist to oversee your medication. Call buttons are located in each room and bathroom.
5.Do we provide any other care services?
We have an activities team, regular visiting physiotherapist and podiatrist, a hairdressing salon, onsite laundry, a handyman and Sky TV availability.
