The group was formed in December 2014. At the time, we had a portfolio of 18 aged care and retirement villages. The group has grown rapidly since then and we now have 36 retirement communities throughout New Zealand.

Arvida Group Limited is listed on the Main Board (NZSX) of the NZX with the ticker symbol ‘ARV’. It is a constituent member of the S&P/NZX 50 Index.
