Serviced apartment visitors

Visitors are required to follow guidelines at each level of the Government’s traffic light system.

Visiting serviced apartment residents under RED

  • Vaccinated and non-vaccinated visitors can visit a resident in their serviced apartment.
  • Visitors will need to wear a mask and maintain a physical distance of at least one metre from residents and other visitors when moving through any communal or lobby area and when using lift access. Additional guidelines will apply if entry to the care centre is to be part of the visit.
  • Community common areas are open with capacity limits. However, only vaccinated visitors can enter any shared community areas or use the Village communal facilities. Proof of vaccination will be required.
  • To assist with contact tracing, we ask all visitors to scan the Government’s COVID QR code and complete the entry declaration on entry to any shared community areas or the care centre.
  • Visitors are required to wear a face mask and maintain a physical distance of at least one metre from other residents and visitors in any shared community areas.
  • Children under 12 years of age are permitted to visit but must remain within the resident’s villa/apartment.

  • Vaccinated and non-vaccinated visitors can visit a resident in their serviced apartment.
