Using a combination of digital technology and human intuition, Good Friends brings together skilled helpers to fit with your needs and unique circumstances.

The cost of home care services with Good Friends is simple and transparent: A weekly care support management fee, plus a flat hourly rate set by your helpers for the services you need.

Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. ^Value of the weekly care support management fee is offered at a special introductory price until March 2021, the anticipated opening date of the Christchurch Wellness Centre. Offer is subject to terms and conditions. *The recommended Helper average hourly rate of $40 plus GST is indicative only. Visits may be charged at a higher or lower rate depending on needs and Member’s agreement with the Helper.

The Good Friends app makes it easy to manage your home helpers.

Your schedule of helpers is at your fingertips. It’s easy to see who’s coming and when, so you can plan your day.

You’ll know who’s knocking at the door. Your app will notify you when a helper has arrived.

You can easily manage your budget. You can view your expenditure and see exactly what you’re being billed for.

You can see important health data. If you’re receiving personal care or nursing services, your helper will gather health data that can be viewed on the app. This is handy for you, your family and your doctor.
