Aria Bay offers a range of amenities, events and excursions to keep residents entertained. Our location makes life easy, with shops, medical centres and a library nearby. With an ever-changing social calendar, heated indoor pool, gym and spa, our residents are rarely left wondering. The Woodlands café is open Tuesday through to Saturday, for a caffeine fix or a chance to socialise with fellow residents.
Our spacious apartments have an intuitive design, with large private balconies that add to the contemporary feel. All 91 apartments have lift access, remote-entry undercover garaging and easy entry to the shared gym/pool complex. Ultimately, it’s all about giving our residents the opportunity for independence within our friendly community.
Our Care Centre offers three-floors of contemporary care suites, architecturally designed for comfort and convenience. Levels 2 and 3 are suited for hospital level and rest home care, while Level 1, provides specialist dementia care and opens into a walled garden. Serviced apartments
Ranging in size from 45-60 sqm.Aria Bay retirement community has 17 one and two-bedroom serviced apartments. The minimum weekly fee includes all electricity and heating, weekly housekeeping plus fresh linen and a cooked meal per week. Other care and support services are available on request. You will also have access to the village pool, spa and gym, as well as other village facilities, events, activities and our wellness programme.

We have a range of facilities, including a beautiful indoor heated pool, spa, and exercise room with a view. These benefits make our community much more than just a retirement village!
Café
A community hub for catching up with friends and enjoying a treat.
Many of our newer communities have an on-site café. We encourage interested residents to get involved and help the café operators.

Our on-site hairdressing, barber and beauty care services are convenient and affordable.

The Aria Bay Care Centre opened in 2021, with 59 care suites for those requiring rest home care, hospital-level, and dementia care. We have a household approach to care, which means you’ll live with a smaller group of people, sharing meals and activities together on Auckland’s beautiful North Shore.
