Auckland Covid Update

Auckland Covid Update

With the Government announcement of a new unknown origin community case in Auckland, we would ask you to take the following precautions to ensure our residents and staff remain safe.

Currently the Auckland CBD has been identified as the area of risk. We would therefore ask care centre visits to be postponed by anyone that has come into contact with a person who has recently been in the Auckland CBD or has recently been in contact with someone who has been in this area.

At this time we are also asking all care centre visitors to wear a mask or face covering when visiting.

Please do not visit if:

  • you feel unwell, have any cold or flu symptoms
  • have had any contact with a confirmed or probable case of Covid or come into contact with a person identified as close or casual contact of a confirmed case
  • have been tested or awaiting the results of a Covid test

If you are unsure of whether to visit, please ring us before arriving.

Outside of Auckland, all visitors will continue to be health screened on entry.

Thank you once again for your support and cooperation.

We look forward to updating you shortly with any changes to the measures in place at our Auckland care centres and villages.
