Covid Update - 12 March 2021
Welcome news for the weekend - we are back to Alert Level 1 in Auckland!
Life at our Auckland villages and care centers can now resume to normal following the Government’s decision today.
Level 1 means all activities, events and visits can occur safely. You will still need to check in and complete our health declaration form if you are visiting our residents in care. Importantly, we would also ask that you postpone your visit if you are unwell.
Thank you again for your ongoing patience as we all continue to manage the disruptions associated with changing alert levels. We sincerely appreciate your support and understanding.
As a reminder, please continue to take the following steps to keep everyone safe:
- Wash your hands regularly. This is the best defence against the spread of viruses. And wear a face mask if out and about, especially if in a confined space shared with those outside your household bubble.
- If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, please call your GP or Healthline on 0800 358 5453 to get a test as soon as you can. Do not visit any of our villages.
- Please use the Covid-19 Tracer App and enable the Bluetooth function.
- If you have returned from overseas, you should not visit any of our villages for 28 days from the date of your return to New Zealand.
