Arvida is one of the larger operators of retirement village and aged care facilities in New Zealand.

The group was formed in December 2014. At the time, we had a portfolio of 18 aged care and retirement villages. The group has grown rapidly since then and we now have 33 retirement communities throughout New Zealand.

Arvida Group Limited is listed on the Main Board (NZSX) of the NZX with the ticker symbol ‘ARV’. It is a constituent member of the S&P/NZX 50 Index.

Our Plan

Our vision is to become a leading provider of aged care services in New Zealand though a clear, multi-faceted strategy: to sustain and enhance our core business; to develop quality communities; to acquire complementary properties; and to deliver quality services to ageing communities.

Support and governance infrastructure underpins our future growth and allows us to remain responsive when pursuing growth opportunities that are aligned to the care-focused nature of our business.

Arvida's unique culture and values ensure a differentiated position is established in the market and allow us to provide a truly customer-focused engagement model. This will translate into sustainable returns for our shareholders and great outcomes for all Arvida stakeholders.

Leadership

The Arvida Board of Directors is an experienced and talented team of professionals. Their core focus is creating sustainable value for our shareholders by providing strategic guidance for the group and effective oversight of our senior leadership team.
