Browns Bay village is handy for a bite to eat, restocking your pantry or simply strolling along the beach. The Browns Bay Bowling Club, just across the road from our apartments, is a lively sporting and social venue.

Aria Bay has new two-bedroom apartment homes for independent living, as well as a range of one and two-bedroom serviced apartments for residents who need everyday support. All homes are elevated and ideally positioned for northerly views and sun. The community includes an impressive heated indoor pool, spa and gym with views to the bay, as well as large indoor and outdoor social areas. A new rest home with hospital and dementia wing is currently under construction.
This community’s spacious apartments are known for their user-friendly contemporary design. There are only 34 apartments in total, so the community has a close-knit, friendly feeling. All apartments have large private balconies and easy access to the gym/pool complex. When family or friends visit, you can cook for them in your gourmet kitchen or they can relax in our community lounge while you take advantage of the outdoor barbecue facilities. Every apartment at Aria Bay has lift access and remote-entry undercover garaging.

With just four apartments per floor it means fewer neighbours, larger private decks and easy access to our heated indoor pool, spa and gym. Apartments come with lift access and remote-entry undercover garaging.

The Aria Bay Pop Up Cafe is open to the public Tuesday - Saturday, 8.30am - 2.30pm.

If you need assistance to live your best life, Aria Bay has a purpose-built care centre.
Right now we have a 37-room care centre providing rest home care; soon we’ll have a new care centre, which will provide rest home, hospital-level and dementia care in luxurious suites. We have a household approach to care, which means you’ll live with a smaller group of people, sharing meals and activities together.
