The Te Ripo Wai Clubhouse boasts an impressive range of activities to encourage residents to stay active and social. You’ll find a multipurpose room for activities and exercise, a full-size bowling green for sporting action, a resident-lead bar and alfresco deck area for an afternoon pick-me-up, plus a hobby room, library and a games room fitted out with a pool table. Our multi-use space is perfect for events or special occasions.

Te Puna Waiora has one-, two- and three-bedroom Villas, which are designed for independent living, with beautiful open-plan layouts that soak up the northern sunshine. In the future, there will be a Care Centre for residents who need rest home, hospital-level or dementia care. For the moment, Te Puna Waiora is all about independent living.
