Serviced apartments
Serviced Apartments from $615,000*Aria Bay retirement community has 17 one and two-bedroom serviced apartments. The minimum weekly fee includes all electricity and heating, weekly housekeeping plus fresh linen and a cooked meal per week. Other care and support services are available on request. You will also have access to the village pool, spa and gym, as well as other village facilities, events, activities and our wellness programme.

The Aria Bay Care Centre opened in 2021, with 59 care suites for those requiring rest home, hospital, and dementia-level care. We have a household approach to care, which means you’ll live with a smaller group of people, sharing meals and activities together on Auckland’s beautiful North Shore.
