Bethlehem Shores apartments opening soon

The countdown is on to the brand-new 53 Living Well Apartments and 55 Care Suites opening at Bethlehem Shores community in Tauranga. New residents will be welcomed in from March 2026. 

The new one, two and three-bedroom apartments are light-filled and spacious, offering quality finishes and low-maintenance lifestyle options for over-65s in the Bay of Plenty. 

The apartments have proven to be very popular already - those who have taken an early tour have mentioned the stunning apartment views of the Kaimai ranges, Tauranga Harbour, and Mount Maunganui.
