At Village at the Park, personal preferences are always considered when we’re preparing our activities programme and updating menus at our on-site kitchen. There’s an active residents committee that’s involved with decisions about food, fun and keeping our environment beautiful.
Located as we are in Newtown, we’re close to public and private hospitals. If a health condition or event results in surgery or hospital treatment, we have all the necessary care systems in place to help you recover quickly once you’re discharged.

Villas
Two and three bedroomOur two and three-bedrooms villas have been architecturally designed and arranged with your comfort, convenience and security in mind. Every villa is unique in its design and we have taken care to ensure that all homes enjoy plenty of sun and privacy. Spacious open-plan living areas have easy access to a private outdoor space and village gardens.
Facilities & activities
Every day there are opportunities to get together with your neighbours for companionship, conversation and laughs. Our community facilities include the Scrummy Café, a cinema, library, gym, hair and beauty salon, chapel, card room, swimming pool and spa. For fresh-air and sport we have croquet, petanque court and beautiful courtyard gardens.

At Village at the Park you’ll live in a household and interact with a smaller group of neighbours and wellness partners on a daily basis, so you’ll get to know everyone better. You’ll also be involved in decisions around activities, meals and day-to-day happenings. You can even help out where you can, if you want to.
