The Park Lane Living Well Community is the newest example of Arvida’s ‘living a life with soul’ philosophy.
Set amidst tall oak trees and beautifully landscaped grounds, Park Lane’s contemporary accommodation and recreational buildings are matched by a holistic approach to helping our residents to live their best life. Park Lane’s most obvious difference is the planned community wellness centre that will be open to the public, as well as residents. When complete (2021), its facilities will include a café, fitness gym and heated pool, as well as a range of wellness services. Having a community centre that others can use means our residents are able to join friends and family in fitness and leisure pursuits, as well as mix with people from the wider neighbourhood.
A contemporary way of life that embraces electric cars, sustainability and voluntary work
You won’t need a car if you choose to live at Park Lane. You’ll have free use of our electric vehicles, which are even easier to drive than regular cars. Another way we’re breaking the mould is involving residents with the smooth running of the community. For example, during the Covid-19 lockdown, our residents helped out with keeping Park Lane’s gardens beautiful.
While Park Lane is revolutionary in some regards, it offers the proven continuum of care that Arvida is famous for. From independent villas and serviced apartments through to modern care rooms for rest home and hospital-level care, we offer every type of living arrangement. A highlight is our independent Living Well apartments, which include common areas, a café, rooms for creativity, a cinema, raised vege gardens, fruit trees and beehives. Seeing is believing!

Living Well Apartments
60 – 143sqmLiving Well apartments are a new Arvida concept for retirement living. Available with one, two or three bedrooms, they are designed to embrace sustainable thinking and social benefits of living in an integrated community.
Common areas include a café, bar, dining area, communal lounge, gas fire, creative room for crafts and an entertaining lounge and cinema. A library with computers and broadband is also available for everyone.
Facilities & activities
Park Lane has a great range of facilities, as well as regular activities that are planned around our residents preferences and passions. When Stage Two of the Living Well Apartments is complete, residents will have a cinema, craft/hobby room, games room and new multifunctional space, in addition to existing facilities. The Park Lane Wellness Centre (currently under construction) will bring a whole new meaning to living well!

Open to the public seven days a week 9am - 3.30pm, the 5 Acres café serves up delicious, affordable food and great barista coffee. Sunny and stylish, it overlooks the bowling green and has lovely views of the historic oak trees. Make an appointment to view our apartments with Tara today - the coffee and sweet treat is on us!
