The first thing everyone notices about Rhodes on Cashmere is the panorama. Wonderful views can be enjoyed from the on-site Rhodes Café, outdoor areas and many of the apartments. The community’s social life is supported by a programme of guest speakers, community events and outings. For residents’ hobbies and wellbeing, there are vege gardens, a gym, fitness classes, library, workshop and hair salon. Nearby, the Purau Reserve has lovely walking tracks.

Each suite has an ensuite bathroom, built-in storage and ergonomically designed furniture. Many have a kitchenette. Personal and clinical care services are tailored to each resident’s needs and preferences. There are standard, premium and deluxe options available.

New care centre in Christchurch
If you need full-time help to live your best life, Rhodes on Cashmere has a purpose-built care centre with shared dining, living/lounge rooms, as well as beautiful sheltered outdoor spaces. The care suite accommodation offered within the centre is suitable for people who need rest home or hospital-level care. The centre uses Arvida’s Attitude of Living Well approach, with residents living with a smaller group of people, sharing meals and activities together.
