We're excited to be shaping plans for a new Arvida community on the Kapiti Coast. It's early days, but the vision is to create a place that feels welcoming, well-connected and resident-led. There's been strong local interest so far, and we'll be sharing more as the plans develop.
Arvida (Waikanae Beach Retirement Village Limited) intends to apply for registration of the village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003 in September 2026
Resource consent has been granted for the first stage of 16 villas, which will include a mix of two and three-bedroom homes. These villas have been architecturally-designed with a beautiful beachside aesthetic to match the easy-going lifestyle.
