Subject: Arvida Group Limited (“ARV”) – Suspension of trading and cessation of quotation of equity securities

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Arvida Group Limited (“ARV”) on Tuesday, 22 October 2024 at 9:20am, ARV has applied for a suspension of trading in ARV equity securities. ARV’s application is attached. NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that ARV equity securities will cease to be quoted on the NZX Main Board (“NZSX”) from close of business on Wednesday, 20 November 2024.

The final day of trading in ARV equity securities will be Tuesday, 29 October 2024 with trading in ARV equity securities being suspended at close of business. ARV ordinary shares will then cease to be quoted from close of business on Wednesday, 20 November 2024.

ARV will continue to have debt securities quoted on the NZX Debt Market (ARV010).
