NZ RegCo advises that it has placed a trading halt on Arvida Group Limited (“ARV”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at premarket open.
The trading halt has been requested while the issuer undertakes the placement component of a capital raise.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the completion of the placement component of the capital raise, or market open on Monday, 18 October 2021.
