Message:

NZ RegCo advises that it has placed a trading halt on Arvida Group Limited (“ARV”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at pre-market open today.

The trading halt has been requested while the issuer undertakes a shortfall bookbuild following the closure of the rights offer on Monday, 8 November 2021.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the completion of the shortfall bookbuild, or market open on Thursday, 11 November 2021.
