Change of Annual Meeting Timing

Arvida Group Limited advises that the date for the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will change to a new date as a consequence of today’s announcement about the scheme implementation agreement with Stonepeak Alps Bidco Limited.

The meeting was previously scheduled to be held on 16 August 2024 in Auckland. The new meeting date will be advised to shareholders and circulated in due course.
