Dividend Reinvestment Plan Offer Document

Arvida Group Limited has today released a Dividend Reinvestment Plan offer document to its investors.

The first dividend that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan will be effective for is the six months ended 30 September 2021. This dividend will be announced along with the interim reporting towards the end of November 2021.

A copy of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan offer document and the shareholder letter are attached.
