DRP Strike Price

Arvida Group Limited (NZX: ARV) (Arvida) wishes to advise that the strike price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, operating in respect of the dividend payable on Wednesday, 15 December 2021, has been set at $1.9182 per share.

A 2% discount has been applied in calculating the strike price.
