DRP Strike Price

Arvida Group Limited (Arvida) wishes to advise that the strike price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, operating in respect of the dividend payable on 21 December 2023, has been set at $0.9277 per share.

A 2% discount has been applied in calculating the strike price.
