Issue of Performance Shares

Please see attached Capital Change Notice pursuant to NZX listing rule 3.13.1. This notice relates to the issue of share rights in respect of 1,343,687 ordinary shares to key employees. The share rights are being issued pursuant to the Arvida Group Limited Long Term Incentive Plan.

All of the share rights under the 2021 tranche of the Long Term Incentive Plan have been cancelled as the vesting hurdles were not met at the vesting date of 11 June 2024.
