Arvida Group Limited (NZX:ARV) has provided a copy of the rights offer document, for the rights offer which will open on Wednesday, 27 October 2021.
The approximately $175 million capital raise is by way of a fully underwritten pro rata 1 for 6.57 renounceable rights issue at $1.85 per new share, and shortfall bookbuild, that was announced to the market on 15 October 2021.
Eligible Shareholders will have until 5.00 pm (NZ Time) on 8 November 2021 to subscribe for new shares.
Applications can be made from 27 October 2021 (together with payment) online at www.shareoffer.co.nz/arvida.
The rights will not be tradeable on the NZX Main Board. Instead, any rights not taken up, or attributable to ineligible shareholders, will be offered to investors through a bookbuild process.
