Scheme Update

Arvida Group Limited (Arvida) attended a short hearing in the High Court yesterday on the scheme of arrangement with Stonepeak Alps BidCo Limited (Scheme).

Arvida expects to hear from the High Court today, and will provide an update on the Scheme when available.
