Promotion Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional campaigns run by Arvida Limited (“Promoter”) unless otherwise stated in specific promotion details.
1. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 55 years and over.
Employees of Arvida Limited, its affiliates, promotional partners, and their immediate families (spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling) are not eligible to enter. Current Arvida residents may enter these competitions.
2. Promotion Period
Each promotion will run for a specified period, as outlined in the individual promotion summary.
3. How to Enter
Entry requirements will be outlined in each specific promotion summary.
Only one entry per person per promotion unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize Details
Prizes will vary by promotion and may include hampers or gifts of varying denominations as stated in each specific promotion summary.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
If a prize becomes unavailable, Arvida may substitute it with one of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be drawn at random from valid entries unless otherwise specified.
Winners will be notified via phone or email using the contact details provided.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize within 7 days, Arvida may redraw the prize.
6. Prize Collection
Prizes will be presented at a time and place arranged by Arvida.
Delivery may be arranged to a New Zealand address at Arvida’s discretion.
Valid photo ID may be required for prize collection.
7. Entrant Conduct
Entrants must comply with all instructions from Arvida staff and associated agencies.
Arvida reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these terms or bring the brand into disrepute.
8. Waiver & Indemnity
Entrants may be required to sign a waiver or indemnity form as a condition of receiving the prize.
Entrants indemnify Arvida and associated parties against any claims arising from participation.
9. Use of Personal Information
Personal information will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with Arvida’s Privacy Policy.
Entrants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes subject to prior consent being obtained.
Entrants may opt out of future communications and have the right to access and correct their personal data under the Privacy Act 2020.
10. General Conditions
Arvida reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant providing false or misleading information.
All decisions made by Arvida are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Arvida may amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion.
Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, Arvida excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the promotion or prize.
