Arvida Group Limited advises it intends to comply with the updated NZX Listing Rules from 28 February 2019.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.6.3, the Board has determined that Michael Ambrose is an Independent Director. This means the Board of Arvida comprises all Independent Directors.
