At Copper Crest, we believe life over 65 isn’t about doing less; it’s about doing more of what you enjoy.
We love the location in beautiful Pyes Pa - from your brilliantly designed two or three-bedroom villa, you’re just 10 minutes’ drive from The Crossing Shopping Centre, Grace Hospital and beautiful Tauranga Golf Course. The airport and beach are an easy 20 minute drive away. Within the community itself, there’s a heated swimming pool, spa, gym, snooker table, table tennis, two bowling greens and a hair salon. Social gatherings are a weekly if not daily event in the Meridian Centre, which offers a dining and dancing area with piano, bar and lounge with gas fire.
A beautiful home and in a vibrant Living Well Community
Copper Crest villas are ideal for independent people, every home has high ceilings, a northerly aspect, double glazing, air conditioning, a choice of garaging - either single or double - and open plan living, including a sunroom. Maintenance is taken care of, so you’ll have more time for relaxing and pursuing your interests.
Currently under construction is our new Living Well apartment complex, which will include Living Well apartments and a 24-hour care centre. When you choose to live at Copper Crest, you won’t need to leave the community if you require care and support in the years to come. It’s all part of turning Copper Crest into a flagship Arvida Living Well Community.
Arvida. Living a life with soul.
