Bank Debt Facility Extended

Arvida Group Limited (NZX:ARV) advises that an extension to its current bank debt facility has been executed today. The facility limit has been extended to $250 million and BNZ have been introduced to the syndicated facility alongside ANZ. The facility limit is split evenly between three and five-year tenures, which have been refreshed to June 2021 and June 2023.

All other material terms and conditions remain unchanged.
