As a consequence of entering the scheme implementation agreement with Stonepeak Alps Bidco Limited, the date for the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders has changed.
The meeting was previously scheduled to be held on 16 August 2024 in Auckland. The new meeting date will be advised to shareholders and circulated in due course.
