Please see attached Capital Change Notice pursuant to NZX listing rule 3.13.1. This notice relates to the issue of share rights in respect of 1,062,929 ordinary shares to key employees. The share rights are being issued pursuant to the Arvida Group Limited Long Term Incentive Plan.

All of the share rights under the 2020 tranche of the Long Term Incentive Plan have been cancelled as the vesting hurdles were not met at the vesting date of 14 June 2023.
