Please see attached a corrected Substantial Product Holder notice for Forsyth Barr Investment Management Limited in Arvida Group Limited ("ARV")

The attached substantial product holder (SPH) notice replaces the SPH notice filed on 10 November 2023 for Forsyth Barr Investment Management Limited (FBIM) in relation to Arvida Group Limited ("ARV").

The corrections are:

the breakdown of the numbers and consideration of financial products in the table detailing the transactions giving rise to relevant event; and a change the total substantial holding as at the date of the original notice.
