Accommodation Options
There are over thirty Arvida Living Well Communities throughout New Zealand. Every community is a different, with its own architectural style and regional personality, but they all share our mission to help residents live a life with soul.
Within our communities there are many types of accommodation. Here’s a quick summary:
Villas for independent living – spacious freestanding homes positioned for sun and views
Living Well apartments – an Arvida concept that offers an independent lifestyle with the benefits of living in a supportive environment
Serviced apartments – apartments and studios for people who need a little more support and care on a daily basis
Rest home rooms - premium and standard fully-furnished rooms, usually with private ensuite bathroom
Hospital rooms - spacious rooms with ensuite bathroom, electric bed, specialised mattress and a lazy-boy chair.
Dementia care rooms – furnished rooms in a secure wing with 24/7 nursing care, bed, ensuite bathroom and lazy-boy chair.
