NZ RegCo advises that it has placed a trading halt on Arvida Group Limited (“ARV”) ordinary shares at the request of the issuer. ARV advises that it has recently become aware of a market rumour from a credible source, in relation to a potential transaction involving ARV. ARV’s Board is currently considering the matter and expects to make a material announcement before the end of this afternoon.

The trading halt was placed at 2:50pm today, Thursday 14 December 2023.

The trading halt will remain in place pending the release of an announcement by the issuer, or market open on Friday, 15 December 2023.
